Returns & Refunds
You can return your order within 14 days from when you receive the order. Any refunds will be subject to the product being returned in a saleable condition, with no signs of use or damage to the product or packaging. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you.
Here at Fizzy Fun we check every item before it leaves us to ensure it meets our standards and is in full working order. However if you receive an item you are not happy with or is faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We may ask for evidence to support your claim. We will discuss your options with you at the time of contact.
Please take the time to read all descriptions regarding scents of our products to ensure your satisfaction once received.
Delivery/Collections
Fizzy Fun work on a 10 working day delivery policy however we aim to have them to you before that. Please only contact us once it has past the 10 working days from the day you placed your order, which doesn't include weekends or bank holidays.
You are welcome to collect your order from our workshop, please always check which days collection is available as they may change.
Orders and Payments
Once you have placed your order with us, we will package your goods to ensure there are no breakages and we will ship to the address which you provide on your order. Please ensure the address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for parcels being sent to the wrong address.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We accept Paypal payments.

Fizzy Fun will respect customer privacy at all times and will never share your information with a third party. In order to accept your order we require certain pieces of personal information such as name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and payment details. We may use your information to process your order, communicate with you with regards to a complaint or ongoing issues and as part of promotional newsletters and offers.
